Being a leader
Something that happened pretty often this year was that I ended up being dubbed the leader of a project. Often times, my team members say that they can't handle, or won't try to be the leader. This lead to my learning a lot about being the leader of a project. It gets hard sometimes because I do a lot of the planning, but I often times enjoy it. Something I'll improve on next year is step back and work without being a leader.

Making good products
My work this year I feel has been better than my personal average. I feel very confident with the work I've been creating, and based off of my growth, I think I will only get better as I go to the later grades. I'll need to work on getting things done on time and on track, because that can cause me a lot of stress. Other than that, I think I've got this.

Asking for help
Last year, I had a really hard time finding the time, energy, and/or determination to ask questions. I was even reluctant to ask for help on something I didn't understand, leading to a lot of stress. This year, I made an effort to ask more questions and be more open to the suggestions from my teachers and peers. Asking made me nervous, but I often times was understood and heard out. Next year, I want to keep this streak going and ask when I need to.
