Fan Fiction Skills
I have gained more skills than I was aware of when I began it over Spring break. I started it as a means of entertainment, but it's become something I do regularly, and I have learned a lot from it. Beside the obvious fact that I learned more about the topic I chose (Pokémon: a video game series), I've also learned more about fictional writing, adding detailed descriptions, and showing - not telling. I learned most of these things in school, but writing my fan fiction has surely helped with perfecting said skills.

Theatre Skills
Something I truly love to do and want to pursue is all things theatre. Every Monday and Friday, I go to the theatre games elective. Often times we just play funny improv games, but I also have other experiences. I have been in five plays in the past, one of which I had a major role, and another I directed. Actually, in the elective, I sometimes lead the class as a sort of "director." Some skills I've learned from my five plays and theatre games experience, is thinking on my toes, writing poems like my slam, and directing.
